Ardens’ principals have successfully closed funding for 100% of mandated transactions. This amounts to 28 mandates and over $2.2 billion in debt. The lion’s share has been in retail and office, where Arden has developed specialist expertise.
The brief was to create a modern and sophisticated identity that would inherantly possess the diverese characteristics and skills of each of its Prinicpals and their superior industry experience. Stylisticly RPJDESIGN achieved the balance of simplistic corporate strength in the logo whilst also having a very approachable feel.
